Si no estás satisfecho con el producto, nuestra política de devoluciones permite devolver la E-Bike dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la recepción.
No obstante, el producto debe estar libre de signos de uso y suciedad, y el kilometraje debe ser inferior a 16 km.

Todas las E-Bikes VolKeep están cubiertas por la garantía integral de 1 año del fabricante para el primer propietario, la cual cubre todos los defectos de fabricación.
La garantía no incluye accesorios gratuitos ni baterías.
El período de garantía de 1 año comienza a partir de la recepción del producto por parte del primer propietario.
